This tends to be a well stocked store but today I was unable to find a certain dremel attachment. When I ask the clerk i couldn't find the one that I wanted she simply said everything's down there. Now my experience in hardware stores is no matter how hard I look for something often a clerk will find it when I've been unsuccessful. That is called good customer service. Just leaning on the counter and not trying to help the ONLY customer in the store is the opposite of good customer service.

Visited Warren location, they greeted me upon arrival. Service Rep Colton helped me find what I wanted right away. A great friendly store with great service. I would recommend everyone to go there and buy products from them.

After looking around for somebody to cut some vinyl tubing for me, I realized that the vinyl tubing area says self service. So I cut myself 1 foot of 7/16 outside diameter by 5/16 inside diameter. I go to checkout, and the thing with the mullet says Did I have an employee cut it and I said no it says self service. To which she tells me it also says that you have to have an employee cut it so why would you have two signs? But anyway, so she has an employee come over to go look up which one it was. She takes the piece of tubing back and Radio’s up which one it is to which the one with the mullet asks me what was that 2 feet And I explained it was only a foot and she tried to argue with me that it was more than 2 feet proceeding to sound like a deflating tire, huffing and puffing as she gave me a 1 foot measurement of the incorrect tube because the other employee radioed up a size smaller than what I got so essentially saving me money however for these employees to act like we had to be the one to do it try to argue with him about the length when I cut my cut exactly on the Cut line the previous Cut was about 3 mm longer than the cut line in my favor, but I didn’t make that cut whoeve

The people that work here are so helpful. Had everything I needed. Give them a visit for your home hardware needs.

Ace is the place as usual... needed a couple of keys copied, and picked up a few other things. always a a good experience, everone is always helpful. BOTH KEYS WORKED...sometimes they don't, in my experience. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟 👍👍🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 again. this is why I come back. Lowe's is closer to me. there is another Ace Hardware one tenth of a mile away in the other direction from my home. (i can walk to Lowe's)
